Round trip coach on ANA Narita to Bangkok is $150USD…

A lovely thought, but not to be…. I too hunt and fish, and the cyber truck would suck as it’s off road capability leave something to be desired so I hear. I have a 2006 4Runner, which while bigger and more comfortable than my previous 1998 4Runner (I loved and miss that one) is not quite as good off road. Gravel roads and fire roads dirt roads into game areas usually aren’t too crazy but it does come in handy. When I make my final move to LOS, I shall look for a good second hand 4X4 Toyota of some sort…

Darts…have a dart board, once in awhile I throw a dart at it and sometimes I hit the board… Was in a bar in San Francisco that caters to the Liverpool crowd and was watching guys toss darts, they seemed to know what they were doing but I had no clue as to how the hell they kept score. One guy or “bloke” as they say told me each team starts with 500 points and the idea was to get it down to 0…double score ring and triple score ring… He also said there was a game, usually 1 on 1 or even a single dart game, where they would call a shot or just go for a low score…long story short, I still have no clue, fun bar. Almost as good as the long gone “Liverpool Lil’s” bar. I remember 1 night going in there and meeting a very nice young red haired girl who was actually from Liverpool, visiting San Francisco with her equally hot friend…we chatted, had drinks and long story short I took he mom home and banged her till the following morning, bought them all breakfast at Mel’s…oddly, her daughter was a little upset that “…mum had just run off like that…you could have been a pervert or murderer…” I assured her I was just a pervert which she didn’t take as too funny, her “mum” got a laugh…fun time…

Everyone I know who has a tesla has had problems with them, mostly quality control type issues. One guy had an accident and tesla just didn’t have the body part needed to repair the car, took 2 months to get it, then there was an issue of the car not charging properly afterward…took another month to sort out. They have very cool technology, but what good is it if it isn’t reliable. There have also been some issues with the self driving package/mode.

Pork Belly, also at Costco, full slab, skin on, $4.50/lb (about 453grams) so $10.04 usd/KG Rent…I live in the San Francisco area…known for some of the highest rent in the country…for a small 1 bedroom apartment, 1 covered parking stall I pay $2150/ is considered cheap. I live 10 minutes from work, so commute cost in mill…gas price is about $4.79/gal (3.785liters). Average cost of a house whe I am, is about $2million USD…1 bedroom 1 bath condo is just under $1 million depending on area and of course there is the association fee… state sales tax here is 9.75%. State income tax for my income is about 9+% and federal income tax is about 28% social security tax is 7.5% matched 1/1 by my employer so yeah, I get fucked…

MPIH is always a good time…I recall trying to find a bar that was showing Formula 1, satellite was out in most, ended up eating a lamb dinner at Hounds and Hares and pissing away 3.5 years of sobriety…Also recall the night MPIH, Connelly and maybe 1-3 other guys(?) all went to Saphan Thaksin pouring rain as we got there, ordered dinner and drinks, met some girls, and soon the rain had flooded the bar, oddly, it didn’t matter as we were having such a good time. Took my girl back to the Federal had a great night, next morning went down for breakfast with her and there was a family from the Thai Temple here in California…never 1 to be embarrassed by my actions, I made introduction and we then enjoyed breakfast. Very nice girl. The girl from Saphan Thaksin, the woman from the temple was a bitch, her husband was a self righteous prick, probably jealous as well…
