Like I said, The Fries were a rushed job. I expect that they will be better tomorrow, and even better by Friday. The Sauce is also a work in progress. But even the Thais liked it, so maybe we're onto something. Of course, by the time we open in a more permanent location we'll have a few Levels of "Hot" to choose from... How about these 4 for starters: "Nit-Noy, A Little Pri*k, Spicy Too Much, Too Hot for Cambodia and One Night in Bangkok" :onfire: aka - Regular or Medium, Hot, Suicide, 4-Alarm Fire and 9-1-1 Anyone have some better ideas? I, however, am from the US of A and find Belgian Fries to be a wonderful thing. There were several shops in the Boston area that specialized in these treats. I'm marching right down to my local proprietor of fine beers and start a boycott of those imported from Belgium. Ignorant consumers, hrmmph!
