I'd drawn a line in the sand, well because I wanted to see what the result would be. The line: 1,000B S/T :: I met with zero success chatting up dancers at NEP with this as the rate on two of the three floors I was used to the Rainbow girls being real twats about wanting three-thousand or something obscene thanks to some wankers who actually drop this kind of cash for S/T but the whole of the plaza seems more this way. However, this is not another cynical, apocalypse of the scene, tear on cheek for the way-it-used-to-be sort of post. I want to know how mixed everyone's success is pushing 1,000B s/t on a hot dancer or BG:dunno: If you're getting lots of luck bravo. Maybe I need to go hit the showers and lay-off the 'lao' or just ante up to 1,500 , which every girl seemed amenable to. If not well - staggering across the street to Nana Hotel parking lot sends prices spiraling. I ended up waiting until 2am and then strolling over to the smorgasboard that is Nana Hotel Car Park. Starting price seemed to be 1500B ST, but after refusing many girls came back and said "ok, 1000" when they saw that the number of girls outweighed the number of guys. One girl even came back and said, "ok, 1270 short time!" How she came up with that figure I'll never know! Maybe an accountant by day, freelancing by night! Anyway, the end result of the Nana car park expeditions was: 5 girls back to the hotel. 1 x 1500 (Stunning), 2 x 1200, 1 x 1000 (All short time) 1 x 1000 (Long time, and nice looking too and a real sweetie). Only occasionally (very) do I see someone who I just have to have and then I'm not going to lose them for a few hundred baht but normally, Bt1500/2000 LT will suffice. In the Nana disco or later, Bt1000 is the order of the day. In my opinion of recent events, the Pattaya girls understand the idea of performance related pay whilst the Bangkok girls think they are worth more. There are those that are willing to pay 1000 for dinner. There are those that are willing to pay a tuk tuk to escort then to a MP. It takes all kinds, with lots of different tastes and levels of common sense. Unfortunately when one girl gets a certain amount, the rest will try the same, if for no reason other than to save face. The reason tuk tuk drivers rip people off is because it works. The reason people pay double for a room is because they still think in terms of their home countrys prices. I pay what I am willing to pay, and you are willing to pay what you want. There is no right or wrong. But if there was anyway that the majority of the punters would just boycott the girls for just one night, the prices would do one of two things. 1. they would drop by half, or 2 the prices would double to make up for the lost revenue. TIT. It all has to do with the season, the time of the month, the day of the week, or if the girl likes you or not. With that said to pay %50 more (1500) is just plain dumb. The last one was probably about 2 years ago, but I dont think things have changed all that much. I never bring up the ST/LT issue, I just tell them 1000 baht. If they want to stay after the deed is done, up to them. Of course there's always other factors that can affect what you're quoted. How much the girl is into you, how badly she needs the money, etc etc. NEP girls are pretty spoiled, head over to Cowboy and you'll probably have better luck. I cannot understand what is going on at the Nana Plaza and the surrounding area concerning the prices the girls want to have. It is low season now. The situation is very bad for the girls. The bars are empty. Not enough punters and guests. The number of the girls exceeds by far the number of the male guests. Right now it is a fantastic buyers market!!! The question now is: what can be the reason that the girls in that bad demanding situation ask for such ridiculous prices like 2500 - 3000 Baht LT or even more? While reading, studying and musing about the articles and texts on this board I am getting more and more confused about what is going on with the girl's prices and their behaviour. They have to fulfil a special quota of barfines in a month; otherwise their salary is cut. There are not enough customers in the GoGo bars and nevertheless the girls demand such high prices. In Rainbow II our good old friends, the Japanese guys, pay prices: 3500 ST, 5000 LT. That means ST is twice as much as in a brothel in west European countries! That is ridiculous!!! These prices demanded and paid in Rainbow II can be a shining example for the girls in all other GoGos of Nana, I think. but then: - Nana parking lot: you can have the girls for 1000 Baht to 1500 LT - Grace coffee shop: 1000 Baht LT - Thermae Coffee shop: 1000 Baht LT - Bier Garten Soi 7: between 1000 to 1500 Baht LT. Thank Buddha! When you avoid the so called stunners (what is a stunner???) then you can have girls for reasonable prices. Last November 2003 I stayed 30 days in the LOS. I had a girl from the Sexy Night Bar Nana Plaza 1. floor. Well, from the face she was not a stunner. But she was my kind of girl: with a little baby fat on her bones and nice big tits. I had her 2 days and 2 nights. 1.500 Baht for her for one LT, and 500 Baht barfine for the bar. She was great! I fucked her all night and all day long without a break as if there were no tomorrow. Oh my big Buddha, this girl made me come like a Saudi spouter! Let us take stock of these many details: In Bangkok the situation is confused. But you can have a nice GoGo girl for 1.500 Baht from the Nana Plaza. When you avoid the stunners (or the girls who think of themselves they were Stunners), then you can have a good girl for 1.500 Baht LT. They agreed to 1000 each ST, the second initially also agreed to 1500 LT. Because they were fun, i gave them 1200 each. Previous visit, a stunner in Voodoo (yes, there was one left) agreed to 2000 LT, but left at 6.00 am and tried to get another 1000 extra out of me. oh, yes, January, a 6-7 from Mandarin, happy with 1500 LT, and very energetic she was, too. most of the time I pull from SC, and mostly 1500 LT, with Performance Bonus thrown in if earned.
