Of course it is really simple. A total no-brainer anywhere in the world. But in LOS, with the legendary GFE, it can easily get fuzzy, and easy to let your guard down while there, much more so than most places on earth.

 

I really don't mean to preach, but everyone here needs to think seriously about the ramifications of going bare-back with a Thai prostitute. It's a total crap shoot, involving your very mortality, and *others* you may be with after.

Think about the interval between getting the blood test and getting the results and worrying about what you will do or feel if the doctor calls to say that you need to make another appointment. It's easy enough to have to face that because the condom broke or came off. I really don't need to make it mandatory by intentionally going bareback.

In my wife's village where we are building our house one of the construction crew screwed the young widow down the street only to find out later that her husband died of AIDs. The guy is now freaking out.
