BadaBing
Follow the signs , you wont go thru immigrations , just go thru security x-ray and back into the departure terminal , look for your departure gate and wait there. liquidflux
There's no transit hotel at the bkk airport that I know of. If you want to leave you'll have to go through the immigration process.

Nervous_Dog
There are day rooms available in the airport without leaving immigration, have had a mate stay there. You need to go to arrival section to find them though. DOG

This one is. What do you need to know? It is a hotel. You get a room. You sleep. No mystery really. To stay here, you must first pass through immigration & customs as if you were entering the country. Then follow the signs that say, oddly enough, "Amari Airport Hotel". You walk across an enclosed bridge to the hotel. Regards, SD
OCgringo
I assume you need to pay the 500 baht departure tax when you come back from the hotel in the morning...... OC
Nervous_Dog
Amari is a lot closer, if your in thailand less than 12 hours you dont have to pay the 500 baht exit tax also. However I KNOW there is rooms available as back in February a mate stayed in one (Visa problem) but I cant see on the map! DGO
..
Ya, of course. EDIT: Doggy, really, do not have to pay tax even if you enter the country??? Did not know that and am a bit surprised! Cheers, SD
