Yeah, too much free time, I know... :: Starsky and Hutch were borderline fags, it seems that in almost every episode, they were thrown (usually by a bomb blast) into each other's arms. Baretta was cool, but just a little too short to be taken seriously... Columbo (in the early seasons) was definately one of the the smartest, as was Morse. Barney Miller was funny, Dietrich (sic) on that show was really hilarious. Fuck that LA LAW guy who ended up on NYPD Blue, likewise the red haired guy who was recently on Crime Scene or whatever the fuck that show was... and Dennis Franz? nah, not tough enough. Certainly not tough enough for Alphabet City where the precinct was supposed to be... sooo, I have to give my vote to: (drum roll.....) Of course PIs count and Rockford was cool, too! that asshole Magnum, on the other hand, is on the other end of the tough spectrum, as was his poof boss; whatever the fuck his name was...
