It's almost impossible to integrate ads that people will actually click on, and if you allow for user cutomization you will lose complete control of how look and feel integrates with your ability to generate revenue. I have my current nana board at a 'tan' setting and the blue ads don't really work in that scheme. I have a generic icon set if you need it, free of charge [very windows looking] How and where will you integrate othe global menu items? as far as the current colors - NY KNICKS - sweet!!!!! Now if only they would start playing some real basketball. I would expect some continued dismay over things that will cause you a good amount of work. My advice: don't sweat it, people are here for the info, back and forth, and friendship/hatred. I don't envy the amount of sweat involved in the crossover. Best of luck. But it looks like something of a cheap, third party windows explorer knockoff ( which I hate!) Windows Explorer that is. Definitely a step back. I do love your current board. It took some time geting use to but the layout is easy and simple to use. Your new one seems cramped and loveless. I've visited boards currently using it and ( well, lets say that they ) suck. If I can remember who they are I will post a link to them and let the board members have a look. Sorry I know you put a LOT of work into ( both versions ) of it but why change?
