zob65
Ha yes a beauty Munchie. I can just imagine you with Jodpurs , sheep skin lined ex WW2 flying boots, army great coat and pith helment, speeding down Sukhumvit (or stopped in traffic more likely) Scattering noodle sellers and soi dogs as you negotiate the foot path. Pulling up at Washington square with backfire and a cloud of smoke. Bar girls screaming and taking cover under tables. You cooly dismount removing your gloves to one hand. Giving a quivering BG a playful tap with the rabbit fur lined full lenght gloves. Toss your pith helment casually towards the hat stand in the corner of the bar, (it misses sconning a sleeping BG). Straddling the bar stool with the air of a cowboy and order a Campari and soda with a lemon twist!
teddy
I can just see Munchie travelling back to the Regents Park Hotel carrying his takeaway on his pillion after 72 black sodas, the MIB will have a field day
The_Munchmaster
It's the Regency Park and anyway, my bike doesn't have a passenger seat!
David99UK
My last decent bike was an FZR thou. I effectively drank it in New Zealand back in 93. Keep thinking about getting something else (but time and money always short )......but I still really fancy a mid 1980's Kawasaki GPZ1000R. Could never afford one at the time (and better stuff came out when I could)........would post a pic, but no idea how
liquidflux
this is a bike Nice bike, but might be a little small for the average board member. I'd love to build something like this up...
zob65
Picked up Bonny yesterday. Great fun. The owner and salesmen escorted me back down to Sukhumvit on a couple of new Triumphs. Really nice people out at Britbike. If anyone goes there ask for Jut very helpful chap.
The_Munchmaster
..... The owner and salesmen escorted me back down to Sukhumvit on a couple of new Triumphs..... Why was that? So that they could pick you up if you fell off?
