scott808 Posted April 4, 2007 Author Report Share Posted April 4, 2007 I drastically changed my diet and started doing crunches last week. The other night as I was looking at the mirror, I noticed the muscles barely under the fat on my stomach. I'm slowly adding things to my routine. Monday I ran one mile and walked one. My legs are killing me today. I will do some free weights today. I the hardest part was the diet. I guess my stomach got small because I'm not hungry. And I eat ridiculously small portions. I have a doctors appointment next week. We'll see how much weight I have actually lost. I think the nurse will be shocked. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
