And if you carry the t-shirt or your pic is distributed you're not welcome in any bar in Pattaya and losing all expat friends except other volunteers. Other risks are maltreatment, a knife in your back or a pistol shot. You can contact the tourist police on Beach Rd. Hiring no way, you'll get a t-shirt nothing more. elef Posted April 5, 2007 Report Share Posted April 5, 2007 Thinking about it now - there're both tourist police volunteers and police volunteers, maybe I'm mixing the 2 groups. Some volunteers were involved in framing "russian" girls, not sure if they had time to come before the real police raided as planned.
