Mekong
It means Genuine Honest etc. Actual origins of the phrase differ depending who you speak to. One school of thought is that Dinkum is an old english word meaning work. Another is that is is derived from the Latin Vere Dictum - "truly said". I prefer to story of its origins relating to the Chinese Gold Prospectors, when they found gold they called out Din Kum meaning True Gold.
Faustian
What a really weird story! Somethings not right. Unless those Americans involved have taken leave of their senses...but they'd have to be mind bogglingly stupid. Like off the scale ultra dum! liquidflux
Definitely an odd story. Surely there must be more to it, but who knows. The FA's might have been pissed off that someone asked them to actually do some work.
