TheCorinthian
Anyone ever go see the place so they can get paid? Seems like a shit job to me. (Though maybe better than a BG!!)
kamui
If this is the Taipan hotel behind SC, forget it. The place is not girl friendly (or was not when I stayed there several years ago).
..
Not sure about that one, but generally any "tourist" survey on the street is a time-share scam. The want your contact details to harass you into buying some piece of shit property. AVOID! Cheers, SD

Hugh_Hoy
Yep. The only time-share I'm interested in is a barfine. HH

Flashermac
I stopped and talked to the gals once out of curiousity. Most of them are students at places like Ramkhamhaeng just trying to earn some money. But they really are a sham, since their true function is to get you to go to the Taipan Hotel and listen to the time share sales pitch. I think a gal gets 500 baht if someone actually does go. Since that seldom happens, I wonder if they get paid anything for the time they spend pounding the pavement. Looks like a crap job to me.
Flashermac
p.s. Might be an interesting way for folks to get to meet some university girls. Also, it would be interesting if everyone on the board went with them to the hotel and listened to the Spiel just so the girls could make some money. Wonder how long it would take the hotel to get supsicious.
