No idea on the details, but two tips for anyone foolish enough to "buy" a bar from the Top Cat fiasco: First, make sure your lease doesn't end the moment you buy the bar. Could someone please put down a deposit for me and hold it until I can arrange funding. I promise to pay you back once the bar is up and running under new management or 5 years whichever comes first.
