buffalo_bill
Sir , simple question for a change , sorry it sounds damned stupid : I have a German registered ( Telecom D2 ) mobile which is terribly expensive to use abroad . I did buy simcards at Robinsons but too lazy to renew them etc . I want a more economic but simple system , not necessarily the cheapest on earth . Main issue EASY . Now I met somebody over here in Germany who buys a 5 Euro card in an Indian shop allowing him to talk 1000 minutes to his sweetheart in , yes , Thailand . ( This arsehole keeps on telling me she works in a supermarket lots of laughter ) . What you have to do is first dial a number 0800 etc , then dial the code number on your card and then sweetheart's number . Lot of dialling but you can manage that somehow . Question : Is there anything similar in Siam and could I use it in China and my mobile number would have to stay samsame Yeormany . This would be from Asia Westbound only . Thanks for listening uBi
CTO
In Thialand I use 008 on my mobile 009 from office phone - about 1/2 - 1/4 normal prices. Does it work with non Thai sims - no idea
