Pom Michael
The new venue for the famous Lang Suan Ad Makers Restaurant & Pub. Ad Makers Suvamabhumi (Close to Tesco Lotus Bangna outbound on Kanjanapisek Road). 28/17 Moo 1, Karnchanapiseak Road (Outer Ring Road East) Bangkaew, Bangplee Samutparkarn Tel: 08-1849-2020 Have past this place a few times and decided to make a trip here for dinner. Big place - car park for 200 cars, seating about 400 inside. Has an outdoor terrace area too. Menu and pricing similar to the Lang Suan place. Live band played on a stage. Great and attentive service. Went there on a Saturday evening, from about 8 pm - 10 pm. We were the ONLY customers in the place. No joke! I was shocked - such a huge place, famous in Bangkok - and not a soul there. I felt bad for the staff, the band - and my guests. Place isn't brand new either - at least a few months. But terrible location now (especially since they are repairing the road now). Can't say I would make the trip out there again.
..
Their Suarsak branch (said to take over for the Lang Suan one) is not too popular either. Sad to see an old fav go, but that's what it looks like. Cheers, SD

rchapstick
After their attempt to charge 1000 baht per bottle corkage on a bottle of wine, I sincerely hope Admakers flames out in spectacular fashion.
Pom Michael
Suvamabhumi - that is how they spelt it in their ad - I just copied! Notice how this same road is spelt two different ways also! Kanjanapisek Road Karnchanapiseak Road
samak
Suvamabhumi is a misspelling (as there is clearly a nor nen after the 2 ror ruea and nothing of a mor ma; probably a r and a n merged into a m) while Kanjanapisek is a case of different transliteration of chor chan into j or ch! Dumsoda
Their lease was due to expire.....and the property was going to be developed (so, I heard) agree with Chappy....the night they tried to extort ridiculous "corkage" from us was the last time I went there... Pity....I have some very fond memories of the place..... Cheers DS
