Per CTO request, below is a current Round Up of some places in Pattaya after my recent trip.

 

Only spent a few days in Bangkok this trip but must say Tilac was the most improved in Cowboy whereas was surprised not quite as many lookers in R4 and R2 was really off.

 

Didn't make it to as many places as I'd have liked while in Pattaya because I had so much fun in the places I did go to during this slow season however below is a quick recap of those places:

 

Oasis GoGo - :thumbup: :thumbup: Decided to give it a try on a night when it was pouring rain and I figured it would be dead inside,

instead - I was lucky to even find a seat it was so crowded! Only a few lookers (but they were great), the place

was small but has a friendly "neighborhood bar" feel to it. The girls all seemed quite friendly and lively but

not pushy for drinks from what I saw.

Super Baby - :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: During this SLOW time anyway, was quite nice here with some of the best lookers in Pats all under

one roof. I've generally had great luck here however some of the girls are really, really into multiple short

times - not all but a few.

Super Girls - :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: Very similar to SuperBaby only here there's not quite as many girls nor as many punters however

Super Girls is generally a more fun place with girls seeming more friendly, and, its fun watching as the

girls rotate on "Jacuzzi Show" duty... :evil:

Paris GoGo - :thumbup: :thumbup: Still one of my favorites. A few lookers have left however there's still some nice girls that are

quite friendly and fun. Very small and normally few punters which is why I like it.

Mistys GoGo (Soi 15 location) - :thumbup: :thumbup: Great looking insides in their new location, a pretty fun and lively place and very

friendly girls that includes a few lookers. For sure worth a visit.

Legs GoGo (old Mistys location) - :thumbup: Was pretty quiet while I was here but there were a few nice girls, didn't see

any "stunners" (to me) while I was there but I heard they do have them and great pickings since its rather slow.

Catz GoGo - :thumbup: Only visited once as I found my favorites all gone, there's still a few lookers left and its still a nice

"quiet GoGo" with few punters if that's what you're looking for.

Sakura 69 GoGo - :thumbup: :thumbup: An overlooked "hidden Gem" of a place. Quite a few fine looking girls, one of which was

recently showcased in After Dark - I took a girl even prettier IMO. The times I went hardly any punters at all and

those of us there had quite the nice time. :evil:

Whats Up GoGo - :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: Although some of the girls left (maybe with the old Mamasan who went to Windmill) there's still

a lot of great girls here, this place is always a "happening place" with plenty of action going on and even during this

slow season they always had a bit of a crowd.

Secrets Night Club - :thumbup: :thumbup: Not a GoGo but more of a fancy Beer Bar / Night Club. There's a few lookers here (both in

dancing Coyotes and in Hostesses), but its often quite crowded - nonetheless not a bad warm up bar or a place one might

hit later at night to see what's still left...

Baby Dolls - :thumbup: :thumbup: One of the "Most Improved" places now that its under new management. Really gives What's Up a run

for its money. During the times I was here didn't see any what I'd call 'stunners" but girls that are here are a lot

of fun.

Insomnia Gentleman's Club - :thumbup: :thumbup: A small place with a small intimate stage in the center, quite a few more girls

milling around the seated customers than the 4 max on stage at any time. To me anyway seems to be sort of

like the old Planet Hollywood in that the girls mostly all want to go upstairs for Short Times, however, once can

definitely get some fine "diddlin" in with one or more honeys on the couches around the stage as they try to

convince you to head upstairs - and they can be convincing.. :evil: :evil:

Windmill GoGo - :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: Have to call it the "most improved" GoGo since the What's Up mamasan has come aboard.

Quite a fun and lively place, most of the girls look pretty nice and sure are friendly all right... Even the Dek

Serves are better now - in the past was quite a chore at times just to order a drink at times.

Tiger GoGo / Lounge - :thumbdown: At least when I was here was quite horrible, very few girls and nothing that I liked anyway

and to top it off their drink prices were a bit higher than most.

Doll House GoGo - :thumbup: :thumbup: Another far improved place, a lot more fun in the bar now. They don't have all that many

girls at the moment but the ones they have are pretty good, including a couple lookers that are in the recent

After Dark issue.

Living Dolls One - :thumbup: :thumbup: Quite a fun and relaxing place (relaxing in the sense one doesn't get pressured for anything).

Didn't see any of the better "stunners" (to me) I've seen in the past but they still have some nice girls here.

Lolipop GoGo - :thumbup: A smaller What's Up like clone and in the past I've found a few Gems here but didn't see any

hotties the times I went anyway but worth a look.

Champagne GoGo - :thumbup: Smaller GoGo with small main stage holding about 6 girls with a few more side stages

holding one girl each. Had a fair sized crowd and the girls weren't too bad at all with a couple lookers, some of

whom had been recently showcased in After Dark. Pretty friendly, relaxing place with no pressure at all.

Siver Star GoGo - :thumbup: Another Boeche clone, a smaller one but with plenty of girls. They even have the "see-thru"

2nd deck but didn't see it used while there. Good couch seating around the lesbian Jacuzzi shows, while I didn't

see any stunners (to me) while there, they did have a few 6's or so...

Happy GoGo - :thumbdown: Found it still surprisingly crowded and I say surprising because not sure what happened but the

quality of the girls seems to have gone way, WAY down. I had read earlier similar reports prior to my trip but was

really surprised at how bad it was. They still have the "shows" with some excellent looking showgirls anyway but

that was about it from what I saw...

Beach Club - :thumbup: :thumbup: All the times I went here don't think I've ever seen it very crowded however there are quite a few

decent looking girls here that are pretty friendly. No pressure for drinks and if nothing else not a bad warm up

bar.

Hot-n-Cold GoGo - :thumbdown: At least the time I was there anyway didn't see anything I liked at all, seemed more like a

"wake" inside as opposed to a fun GoGo - however, this was later at night, hopefully was better earlier...

Naughty Girls GoGo - :thumbdown: At the time I went was pretty slow with plain, bored girls, but there were a couple nice

girls and I did see a few happy punters wrapped up in girls in the seats so might be worth a look in anyway.

Casinovi GoGo - :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: Another fairly new place, quite pretty and clean inside and somehow between the design and

mirrors it seems even bigger inside than it is (seems roughly the size of Beach Club). Definitely some excellent

dancers here and a very lively and fun atmosphere. They also have "Bangkok style" hostesses making the rounds

to sit with you (a couple were pretty hot). 2nd Time I went was pouring rain and at the entrance they had a "coat

check" like check-in for your umbrellas complete with plastic number tag for later pickup that was a nice added

touch.

Airport GoGo - :thumbup: New Walking Street GoGo, another What's Up / Boeche clone but its laid out a bit better. All the

Hostesses and Dek Serves wear sexy looking Stew Uniforms - and some of them looking damn fine. There's a

few gems among the dancers. For me anyway the music was WAY to loud, so much so seemed to be causing

turbulence even as you sit there... ( SO loud I couldn't wait to finish my drink and leave).

Coyotes GoGo - :thumbup: Many new girls since I was here last but very, very slow - there were only about 2 other

punters here while I was there. Of the girls I saw there's a few hotties and great pickings for the few punters

there.

Tahitian Queen 1 - :thumbup: Its exactly the same as when I first saw it so many years ago, in a sense that alone is kind of

neat. Its also just as crowded, even during this slow, slow season. There were a couple diamonds in the rough

here and still a very friendly place with good 'ol Rock-n-Roll, also a good afternoon place as well.

Soi Six Bars - :thumbup: :thumbup: Rather amaazing but some of the best looking girls can be found here in the afternoons, but they are

scattered about the various bars. There's one place (don't recall name) where the girls are all wearing very short

school girl uniforms. :evil: Well worth a visit.

Noticed in your posts at the time that you'd be out of town during the days I was in Bangers (last week of Aug) so knew I'd miss ya again this trip.

 

With any luck I'll be making a (rare) 3rd trip this year in 2 or 3 months, hope to see you then.

 

While it was a great trip had fun on the way back too when BOTH my planes flew right thru Typhoon Sinlaku - have new appreciation now of just how much punishment those planes can take... :grin:

Also known as Pattaya East, haven't been myself but have heard of some of these places, many of them "Soi Six like" bars on the other side of Suk. Several years ago one of my regulars took me to this area where a couple of her friends worked - there was even a Thai ONLY GoGo next door and my girl was quite adamant that neither I nor ANY falang could ever go inside that particular place.

 

If you go to that Pattaya Secrets board a few of the Expat BMs wrote up a couple threads on "Bars on the Dark Side" in the past couple years.

Re Darkside:

 

Went to a Caltex station between PKlang and Ptai recently on Sukhumvit, to get carwash.

While they were washing, I wandered down Sukh, turned left next corner, walked on 200 m, came across a bar, sat down, had a beer.

 

Ten min later I was tucked up in bed upstairs with a wench that caught me unaware.

 

What a way to wait for a car to be washed, only in Pattaya.

Any reason why you didn't visit Peppermint - one of the biggest and best bars in Pattaya over the last few years?

 

I can't agree with you about Casanovy. One of the shittiest gogos in Pattaya imo.

 

Reasons?

 

1. In a town that CAN show, only about 10% of its dancers even go topless.

 

2. They're all supposed to be pantieless but the way the outfits are constructed (not so short but tight), you can't see anything.

 

3. It's hardly got any talent you want to see anyway.

 

4. If you do see an occasional girl there that you like, there's an interminable wait for her to stop dancing. They seem to dance for about 10 songs at least.

 

Based on the favourable reviews of others, I gave it 3 chances. No more. :thumbdown:
