tartempion
Last year the Tambon organised the Loy Kratong festivities at the municipal playground/water reservoir. Election of miss Loy Kratong, miss Loy Katoey and other funny activities. It was an hectic night. This year they moved it all to a nearby sub-village, so it was super quiet to let our kratong take off, just a few kids and families. The gf's two younger sissies joined the family to harvest the rice, the youngest has 3 kids: 2 yrs, 1 yr and 3 months Gf is discovering what it gets to take care of 3 babies: No thanks Oh, and let them harvest, we are off to Vietnam

Pom_Pom
The lake in Queen Sirakit park was popular this year but not too crowded. Floated there to avoid dealing with taxis and crowds.
shygye
I remember going to Benjasiri one year. The dumbwits only had a small side gate open instead of the main gates. Created one massive bottleneck.
