It is a unique piece of machinery...one that is designed to turn gasoline into noise and spends more time in the back of a pickup than the rancher's cattle dog! Get a multiple entry non immigrant "O" or "B" visa from Hull and then go get your Thai driving license. Buying a vehicle is easy after that but you need to get a certificate of registration from immigration which you can do (needed for license as well and banks) if you have some form of lease, even if made up really.
