Hi,

"KS - thanks for the link to aNobii - never even thought about an online personal library. Already started on mine."

No problem. I really like this service. Especially the ability to get recommendations and see what other people with similar tastes are reading is great.

Hi,

"Have you tried Craigslist?"

Just visited and came close to posting, but decided against it. I don't really want to deal with loads of people interested in buying 2,3,4 books. Not worth the time to go meet them.

Would really prefer to sell the lot (or at least a good chunk) in one go.

I used to frequent a used book store in the US. Their policy was that they sold books for 1/2 the list price. If you wanted to sell your books to them, they would pay 1/3 of what they sold it for. So, a book that cost B280, they would sell for B140, and would pay you B45 for if you returned it. Also, they wouldn't pay you cash...just a store credit. So, maybe what they are paying you isn't too bad??
