Among the best I've ever had is the New Orleans in Pattaya. Hoping there's a place in Bangkok just as tasty. Great American Rib Thong Lor, Soi 36? (get off the BTS, walk to the gas station and take a motorsai down that soi). Not sure of the price, but used to be reasonable and very good quality!
