drogon
Curfew declared...logical move, 8pm until tomorrow 6am at least http://www.bangkokpost.com/breakingnews/178442/curfew-in-the-capital-provinces and before some start shouting 'illegal'.. -> I remind them curfews and state of emergency have been declared in France (2005), Chile and even in the USA in 2003.... Julian2
I wonder what area will be covered? All of the city? The original "danger zone"?
buffalo_bill
Do you think if I ask politely they will allow an emergency path from the riverside to Patpong II ?

buffalo_bill
Thank you , extremely constructive and helpful post . Next question : Is this STRIP-Bar open again or still under renovation . I am going there for scientific reasons only , no boom boom . Consequently it would be ok if they still would be working on the private boots . Sorry of off topic

Mekong
I wonder what area will be covered? All of the city? The original "danger zone"? It covers everywhere that is under existing State of Emergency, so whole of Metro Bangkok and some other provinces. I know for sure it applies to me in Prathum Thani
Hardy641
They say curfew in Bangkok and nearby cities as well as many provinces. Does anybody know if Pattaya is effected. If not I might just drive there to leave the mess behind me.
Mekong
Pattaya not covered by SoE Decree therefore not subject to curfew.
