Boo Radley
What Flashermac said. The guy in the white shirt and grey shorts, Samaphan Srithep, was a 17-year-old student and some sort of peace activist from Panyapiwat school [in Nontaburi]. He'd just been watching the events in the soi when he was shot in the head. They don't know which side the fire came from.
Wallenda
Were there suspected red/black shirt snipers operating that day? If not, it'd narrow things down pretty significantly.
LizardKing
All up-n-down that soi. It was a hot-bed of activity. That's the same soi the guy got killed on his balcony while smoking a ciggie.

The comment from the Youtube poster himself is less vague than Khaosod and blames the soldiers.
LizardKing
Which, unless he caught them on tape, is as believable as me saying it was really a Khmer secret agent sent by Hun Sen to destabilize Thailand.

Well, it's a lot more plausible than Khmer secret agents at least. Basically it was probably one of: 1. govt snipers 2. blackshirt snipers 3. rogue pro-govt snipers
