If nothing else illustrates just what a fantastic board name it has been, surely those suggestions do ! I may as well come back with CrotchRocket for all the good those would do me I tried to explain when I first chose the board name, but I'll give it another shot - the 'gobbledonk' was an invention of the folk at Smiths Crisps many years ago - a mythical character who looked suspiciouly like 'Alf' from the TV of the same period, lurked around the back of your house and ate your chips if you werent vigilant. And Gobble could mean gobble girls. So Gobbledonk is a big bloke who likes to gobble girls. Nothing gay in that. Pretty cool name actually.
