carew66
put more salt on your cod and chips Fred knows. There's many a chimney failed to fall due to lack of an extra sprinkle. Take heed. Think on.

kamui
Last time in LOS I found dehydration quite a problem - it seems to start on the plane journey when the air is very dry and I dont drink a lot in case access to the bog is restricted. I always have extra water with me when I fly. Usually one or two 0,5 l bottles. Last time I forgot it and I got up frequently to fetch some water. Lusty
Is the bed you're staying on in LOS a typical Thai bed and has a very hard matress, Lusty? I like a soft matress and always seem to suffer when I sleep on a hard Thai bed. I talked to my doctor about it after one trip as I noticed I always seem to "ache" sometimes during a trip in Thailand. He said more-than-likely its back related as everything in your body directly (or indirectly) connects to the spine and back in some way. He also mentioned what Munchie said - drinking more than you usually do in a warm climate can easily make you dehydrated therefore making you cramp up. If it keeps happening, get yourself checked out by a doc just to make sure it's nothing more sinister. I only hit the booze after 19:00 as drinking during the day is a no no for me but the last couple of nights where I have only had three or four beers and kept off the "Jack Coke",things have improved somewhat. And yes my bed for the last three weeks has been on the hard side but enough bounce to ensure good shagging sessions. Slightly off topic but last nights shagging session was boardering on the verge of violence!
Old Hippie
Yes, as others said, drink more/a lot of water and or some gatorade, not too much! Most likely, you are walking and "moving around" more in LOS than you do at home, and thus physically excerting yourself, stretch the effected parts of the body, and drink more water, you will be fine. MooNoi
True that. Also, if you are being "a mad rooter" up in LOS and shagging a lot, you do use a lot of muscles when you're shagging that you don't use watching porn when in Farangland alone. This can make you sore. (Shagging in LOS, not watching porn!)

unit731
You could be having an alergic reaction to Thailand. Or possibly you are being poisened.
Bangkoktraveler
Why do I keep getting cramps in various parts of the body quite regularly since I've been here but only get them occasionally at home? Today,I've had it in the left hand(No Chuckwow jokes please!),the muscle across the top of the stomach and in my right calf. Any idears? If you drink coconut water, not milk, it has all 4 of the required electrolytes.
