The gorvernment of Thailand recently approved a new procedure for breast augmentation as an alternative to invasive plastic surgery. The teqnique safely increases breast size and improves women's self esteem. The procedure has also been shown to reduce the risks of breast cancer.

There are currently about 20 women under the government program. The program was designed to shift more women towards natural enhancement methods as opposed to surgical procedures.

The origin of the procedure comes from the beautician, Khemmikka Na Sonkhla, who claimed that this technique was taught to her by her grandmother. By repeatedly pushing any flab from her sides and midriff towards her chest, and afterwards dousing her breasts with ice water, her breast size was enlarged by 4in (10cm) and her confidence soared. The newly approved technique has not yet been introduced in the United States or other nations but ongoing research will soon produce action.

According to khemika, the procedure begins with pinches and slaps to fat and muscles in the upper chest, sides of chest and abdomen customers with cream or gel into six sessions of 10 minutes. After treatment, patients say it's painful.

Khemmika supports clients in the techniques of massage and special exercises to keep their breasts in shape. Most of them do not come back to her if they follow the exercises she proposes. Some patients say they have doubts about the methods of Khemmika, but many practitioners of traditional Thai medicine remain with an open mind.

A person with higher self-esteem is found to perform better compared to the people who are less on self-esteem. So, if you would like to opt for a breast augmentation plastic surgery then you can look for the options available for you with a plastic surgeon.
