Coss
Police arrested a suspected wildlife trafficker early Friday who attempted to smuggle live endangered animals, among them leopards and panthers, out of the country in his suitcases, an wildlife protection group said. Noor Mahmoodr, 36, a citizen of the United Arab Emirates, was arrested at Suvarnabhumi Airport as he prepared to fly first class to Dubai. Flashermac
He was a decoy so the guy with the elephants could get through. p.s. Keeping "exotic" animals a s pets seems to be a way to flaunt one's wealthy in the ME.

Flashermac
It's happened before. It was in the news so not many months ago about another SOB being caught with some kind of big cat cubs in his luggage - tigers maybe. He was going to Dubai - of course - where they would have brought a handsome price from some rich prat who wanted them to show off to his neighbours.
