Mekong
Mekong: As you noted he happens to be over 50, also we are NOT married although together nearly 14 years. Bank accounts are available for inspection How could he have a Non-Imm O? If single, no family in Thailand and over 50 years of age the Visa is a Non-Imm O-A (Retirement Visa) not a Non-Imm O (Family Support) For many years Police Clearance and medical report have been Required for a Non-Imm O-A Visa but not for a Non-Imm O, maybe you are confusing both. Here is some reading for you before you start mouthing off and talking shit http://www.thaiembas...a-o-a-long-stay I thought I have been rather polite. P.S. I am from the UK

The_Munchmaster
Thai Immigration aims to begin scanning fingerprints of all foreigners arriving in the Kingdom by the end of the year, to catch known criminals. What if you've had your hands in the mash barrel all your life and you ain't got no prints?

Mekong
Funny that you should say that, Thai immigration both on Exit and Re-entry for a Thai National has been using Biometrics for a couple of years now, Eye Scan (not sure if Iris or Retinal) and fingerprints for self Identification at the terminal to really speed up the process, I was surprised myself this morning when I got through in less than 5 minutes.
