cavanami
I have putt-putted on the Hardly all over BKK, but never ran across this... Bangkok's Homeless Are Turning These Decommissioned Airplanes Into Makeshift Homes http://gizmodo.com/bangkoks-homeless-are-turning-these-decommissioned-airp-1730736717 Somewhere in the outskirts of the Thai capital, unused airplanes stored in a private field have become homes for three poor families. This is the darker side of the most populous city in Thailand. Over 8 million people live in Bangkok, in a city where migration, unemployment and poverty force tens of thousands to live in extremely poor conditions. The three families you can see in the photoset below can’t afford to rent any flat, so they decided to move in the discarded airplane bodies, a rusty Boeing 747 jet reincarnated. They collect and recycle garbage for a living, and earn a few dollars a day. Getty photographer Taylor Weidman documented the family’s daily life among the dismantled airliner fuselages.... My Penis is hungry
Looks a little like Muang Tong Thani? Hard to tell, but in the USA people pay a premium for designer homes using old planes. Wonder what they do for flushing toilets

Mekong
I've putt-putted that area but never notice... Decommissioned Aircraft are not a common sight on Ramkhamhaeng Road, not exactly the type of thing one would be looking out for, so unsurprising you have never noticed. Flashermac
I've seen people living in old school buses in Tennessee. These old planes at least are roomier.
