thai3
I have been seeing a checkpoint girl so have been there everyday this week. Checkpoint is closed and will not reopen, the girls have gone to charlies angles where they expect to be for a couple of weeks. Demolition continues all around on that side but nothing has happened on the other side yet where most of the beer bars are, except the no entry board still blocks the walk through. I wonder why the bar owners have not torn it down. The have strung a banner across it saying dollhouse and bar beers open-peter
Guest
The reason for not tearing the sign down is the phrase Criminal Damage. What Richee is doing is criminal illegal etc... but that needs to be handled in the courts. Damaging the board will result in at least one person being locked up in Police cells until it comes to court. There have been some small developements but better not to say anything for now. One developement is of course obvious we all have electricity again.

phiketpete
I was sat in the beer bars opposite CEP last night and noticed that The Living Room had its doors shuttered. Is this permanent?
shygye
The Living Room is now closed on Mondays. It should go back to 7 days when the tourist season starts picking up.
