Guest
No, I'm not having much luck with my trouser snake this year. I'm hoping that one or some of the kind doctors who peruse this board might advise me on the latest installment of my penile melodrama... Right. BBBJ at a MP in late November. No BJ/intercourse/sexual activity (bar wanking) for ages before that. 1 week later, smelly sticky yellow/green discharge from knob, excruciating pain whilst having a piss, plus bell-end goes purple and the jap's eye bleeds a bit. Blood and nasty yellow puss stains on pants. I go to the clinic. STD tests are all negative (inc. gonorrhea, chlamydia) but there's white blood cells in the urine and unidentified bacteria. I get a one week course of tetracycline (something-mycine?) plus some anti-inflammatory pills (danzene or something). Knob quickly returns to normal, discharge clears up and pain is no more. Doc gives me the all-clear after testing piss again. But a week later (with no sexual activity at all) the discharge and (slight) pain suddenly come back i.e. I wake up yesterday morning with my pants all stained and the milk-like yellowy fluid streaming out of my cock-end again. I go straight back to the clinic: again, gonorrhea/chlamydia tests (plus whatever other STDs they standardly screen for) are all negative but there's blood in the piss again (it looks dark and cloudy, more like real ale than lager) and some unidentifiable bacteria. Doc says we discontinued antibiotics too soon (I'm still taking the anti-inflammation pills and will be doing so for another 2 weeks) so gives me a 4 week supply (something-mycene tetracyclene again (I'm on the road, currently in Japan: can't read the fucking label) 100mg 2x a day). Doc also says it must be "microplasm" or "microplasma" infection. Says not to worry, it's a kind of NSU, stubborn bugger, but will eventually clear up. Any ideas. Is this doctor on the ball? I get the feeling that he doesn't really know what I've got. I'll be passing through Thailand later this week (just one day) so could buy some stronger/different antibiotics (Zithromax?) if any of the physicians out there recommend doing so. I'd appreciate any advice at all. Feel free to waste my time with cynical sarcasm too (it might cheer me up) but this is a genuine plea for assistance. Thanks in advance guys. Fiery Jack
Val, For once, just this once , I won't make any smart-arsed comments. Thought I'd do you the favour of nudging your post back to the top of the pile because a) you sound like you need some reassurance and/or advice and your post is a wake-up call to those (like me) who gamble on the fact that you "can't" pick up anything nasty from unprotected oral sex. Lokks like it's time to think again and reach for the rubber even when it's "just" a BJ we're looking forward to . Good luck, chief. Hope one of the docs reading this will help you out. Let us know how you get on. j ::

Old Hippie
See a different Doctor! When you hit LOS, see a STD specialist, if you contracted this in LOS, chances are they have seen it before! Also, maybe not an STD? Maybe a bladder infection or such...? Guest
12 years ago or so i had something similar, took about three months to clear. no one was able to find out what exactly it was. one tip: if it starts wetting through you pants just wear a condom over your willy, tape it up so it stays on. where are the guys now that claim you can't get anything from a BBBJ... chilli13
ok I'll bite! Val, you better cut down on the booze & stop hallucinating 'cos empiracal evidence has it that NO VD's or other disease can be picked up from BJ's as long as the BG brushed her teeth & gurgled before oral sex seriously I hope you'll get sorted ASAP & figure out what's bitten your wiener... take care
Guest
Thanx guys. Reckon I'll make time in LOS and see a STD specialist. I had the BBBJ in UK, but no doubt a Thai clinic will have seen whatever it is before. I've been back on the antibiotics for 3 days now and the discharge is (again) completely gone, as is the pain. Fingers crossed. IB13, you say "empiracal evidence has it that NO VD's or other disease can be picked up from BJ's". If you are serious, I can only reply, in the strongest terms, though with respect, sir , that YOU ARE WRONG, WRONG, WRONG. I am living proof. I haven't fucked a woman (or a man!) for more than 6 months. I had a single BBBJ and 5-7 days later, I develop symptoms as described in my initial post. Go fucking figure. val
Guest
Dear Mr. VD One thing to keep in mind is that it could be more than one thing. The combination of which may complicate the chances of a correct diagnosis and or treatment. If all else fails have a look at my board name, memorise it and walk down to your local pharmacy and repeat it to the little guy with the specs behind the counter. Get well soon

Old Hippie
I don't want to scare you, but maybe it is more than an std. This could be symptomatic of something very serious. From infection to maybe testicle cancer (and the proximity to recent sex may be a coincidance, though doubtful). I am not a doctor, but I have heard of this before with a variety of final results, so maybe see a urologist, std expert etc...you want to find out what it is and get rid of it! good luck, and please give us a follow up!
