(Members can click this link to cast their votes) I would also like to address the comment I have heard a few times that this vote is not representative enough, because there are too few votes. At time of writing there were a total of 935 votes cast for the GoGo bars in Bangkok, with an average of almost 30 votes for each of the bars in the Top 5. While these numbers could obviously have been better (and we are hoping they will be next year), they certainly are significant enough to give a good enough indication of quality. The current ranking is: code:1 Angelwitch Nanaplaza 8.112 Tilac Soi Cowboy 7.523 Midnite Soi Cowboy 7.484 Rainbow 3 Nanaplaza 7.455 Long Gun Soi Cowboy 7.32 Shark Club and Goldfinger are also strong contenders, but they are still below the minimum of 15 votes required. People don't just vote for the bar they think is best, but rather give a rating (out of 10) to as many bars as they like. 935 of these ratings were given, and each bar in the top 5 got on average 30 different ratings. So, the bars at the top are the ones that have the highest average rating. And that I think does make it fairly accurate. After all if 30 people give a bar an average score of 8+ then you can be fairly certain that this bar is good. The amount of votes would cancel out excessively high and low scores. Sanuk! There are a few in SC that I think are crap too - certainly as bad as the 4 selected from NEP. And, yes, Rififi confirmed my opinion as worst gogo bar in BKK when I walked past it last week. There was a tout outside telling us we should come in to Rififi's. I looked in and there were ZERO dancers on-stage. I asked the tout where the dancers were and he said, "Ladies tired now. Was dead everytime I went in there, seemed to fill up a bit later, but never that full. I would like to see them ditch the Japanese porn on the tvs though, really weird shit the times I was in there. Ok, the dancers look like utter crap. On the up-side; Hog's Breath used to be open long after 2 a.m., but I don't know if that's still the case however.
