Wander (2020)

Aaron Eckhart, Tommy Lee Jones, Katheryn Winnick, Heather Graham

A conspiracy nut, finds evidence of human experimentation and such, reality is the other story, or is it?

Very Good, half expected Cav, to appear in the role, of best supporting fruit loop. Worth watching.

Monsters of Man (2020)

On first look, a stereotypical 'Government makes robot killers wot then terrorise good people'. Then I find it's set in Cambodia and quite realistically so. A long watch and reasonably well done, the story is wide and deep. with the robot computer programmers, the visiting aid doctors, the lost marine, an even one of the robot killers, coming across as sympathetic characters, for the most part.

I think that this film is better, than it first appears, though the one criticism I have, is that whenever, the humans get away from the robot killers, one of the human females, will unfailingly scream loudly and longly, so the robot killer can find them again...

Worth watching

The Queens Gambit [2020 TV limited series]
A seven part limited series named after a chess move,  this is an at times over stylized cold war era remake of the novel about a fictional young orphan girl who becomes a chess prodigy who is obsessed with the game at the expense of a normal life and through a drug habit. Chess and the melodramatic Hollywood style of film making takes a back seat to a good lead actor making this addictive viewing.

Netflix's Dick Johnson is Dead

A surprisingly good movie.  It  won big at the fifth annual Critics Choice Documentary Awards. Dick Johnson is Dead won Best Documentary Feature and Best Director for Kristen Johnson.

It's supposed to be a documentary but comedy is more like it.  Before the movie is over you could be ROFL.
