LOTSW is still one of the best example of gentle humour that exists.

Adam West, who defined the tights-wearing title role of "Batman" in the 1960s cult TV classic and remained a celebrated actor in the superhero world, died Friday after a short battle with leukemia, according to his family. He was 88.

In a 2010 interview with the website Slice of SciFi, West said the TV series had benefitted from very good writers.

"They saw the craziness, the comedy. You know, just as he's about to put her in (jail), Batman says to Catwoman, 'You give me curious stirrings in my utility belt.' That's funny stuff."

The bizarre episode was when Batman and Robin faced off against the Green Hornet and Kato. Robin was supposed to fight Kato (Bruce Lee) and beat him. Bruce Lee smiled and said "no way". ;)

Nice German chest. They keep saying her parents were Italian and German. If memory serves me, her father was Arnold Pallenberg from South Tyrol ... Italian only because Austria lost WWI. Her mother worked in the German embassy in Rome.

She didn't hold up too well in her later years though, probably from all the drugs she took with the Stones.

I remember watching this at the old Cock and Bull restaurant in Bangkok in 1980s. That was in the days free videos and DVDs.
