  1. Saw Tina in Vegas years back, awesome show!
  2. I am a member and the chit system still applies.
  3. The Grace has turned into an even bigger shit hole.
  4. Stable lodge Soi 8, close to Nana and Soi Cowboy, MRT and BTS stops near by. Reasonable rates, decent breakfast and a nice pool. contact me on the other channel for more info on the area, a lot has changed.

    Odds on a Coup

Lets start a pool on when the coup happens...
  6. Well your luck ran out...I recently returned...Soi 7/1 is nice, less the katoey bars with their over priced drinks and uncomfortable chairs...Eden is now a memory...Annie's relocated just off the end of the dot, need to give it a go next time...

    Odds on a Coup

I'd say very likely to extremely likely.
  8. Saw it years ago, enjoy the "special Director's cut" now as well!! Excellent work!
  9. "....The U.S. would also step up its port visits in Australia to provide the country with more familiarity with the nuclear-powered technology..." Look at the bright side, Oz will have lots of U.S. sailors visiting as part of the deal. young handsome seamen in their nice white uniforms...looking for dance partners..!!
  10. I was not a big fan of Eden, but I did peek in 1-20 times and the last time, post Marc, it was really lame, the menu was gone, the girl on that side of the line did not perform as advertised etc...no costumes really just a lot of over priced nothing...
  11. Not really...is it now? (wink, head dip knowing look)
  12. This has got to be my favorite Johnny Cash song. I remember sitting in Silver dollar In Washington Sq, with Suadam having morning drinks and hearing this song, we both sort of looked at each other and said "...yeah..."
  13. I drank and hung out with many of the legends from that era...still see 1-2. Sadly, I just missed Lucy's Tiger Den as it had closed a month or so before my first visit in 1986. The old "cross roaders in. the Hobo's roost..." must have been a serious crowd. I couldn't agree more with your last sentence Coss, no doubt a lot of guys here could offer a story or 10 and a tour for 1/2 the price... Hell buy me a beer and Ill tell you a few, no extra charge for another lobster dinner, I'll tell you how I got banned for life from the Silver dollar...a ban that didn't hold up...maybe they forgot who I was..\?
  14. While being associated with "Kosher style/Jewish delis," There is nothing Kosher about it at all, as Kosher law forbids mixing meat and dairy together. True Kosher delis are either meat or dairy. A Kosgher deli will not even have cream for your coffee...annoying as hell! Equally annoying is this "tip" made for no real valuable reason, I'm like that. I was in New York City about 3 months ago, the sandwichs at the few remaining Jewish delis were amazing. Too bad Carnegie is gone...Damn it, now I want a pastrami sandwich...
  15. I still remember and have video and pics somewhere of the party we had ob Soi 7/1...I think the bar was called "Tequila" or something?
  16. I remember a few ugly issue with people threatening to "out others"as party animals as if that ios so awful. also Happened with that guy named "Gaulke: or something, name was taken from an Ayn Ryand novel as I recall. Then there was the "con man" of sorts always opening a bar in Pattaya, but never was able to say where or when it was going to open etc...all sorts of BS over the years...
  17. I actually know or knew many of the guys mentioned in the Article...Jack Shirley, Tony Po...Izzy Friedman...used to drink at Madrid and Crown Royal Now many of those guys are gone and so are the places. The place has a very rich history, especially the recently gone Madrid Bar as well as the infamous Lucy's Tiger Den. I think Texas Lone Starr bar started there and then moved up to Washington Square. Lots of history, would be the subject of great movies if done properly. I remember being in Madrid bar when Steven Seagal and his enterage were there. Steve was having a hard time getting any attention from one of the girls, who was more interested in her new phone. He pointed out that he was an actor there to make a movie and she said "...Pueng know, Pueng not care..." then went into the kitchen for her break.
  18. Didn't some crocs escape during a flood or something?
  19. "...massive recession, a bigger, nastier one than in 2008 during Obama's 2nd term..." Obama was elected in 2008, at the end of GWB's 2nd term. Just a point of clarity.
  20. Around Hua-Hin... IMG_0509.MOV IMG_0461.MOV IMG_0460.MOV
  21. IMG_0732.MOV Soi 8 Sukhumvit in Bangkok... IMG_0733.MOV IMG_0807.MOV
  22. The Sundown rule was in effect in HuaHin 2 weeks ago, not in effect when we returned to Bangkok. It was kinda fun except for the asshole farangs aiming for the face and ears...head shots are dangerous and not cool! Fun otherwise, unless you have to arrive somewhere dry.
  23. hey fag, was just in the beat museum in SF, they have Bowkowski postersk apparently he is a god...not in a gay way of course...
