  1. If the 3.5 Cubic Meter of Carbonated Concrete is in the foundations how will that act as a faraday cage for phone signals as you mentioned? If it Bricks the Phone then house is made of concrete if it doesn't then foundations, make your mind up.
  2. Steve Coogan is a very good character actor. A lot of people think he is from Norwich / Norfolk because of Alan Partridge (some people think Partridge is real). I preferred Paul Calf aka Duncan Disorderly, but proud to say he is a Manc. For me his best performance was Antony H (Tony) Wilson in 24 Hour Party People, he nailed it. I grew up with Tony Wilson as a News Reader and the presenting “So it Goes” on Granada TV in the Late 70’s. Surreal TV a newsreader presenting a prime time music show with the likes of Sex Pistols, The Clash, The Jam, Buzzcocks Joy Division etc
  3. Sad really, Sort of reminds me of when Peter relocated Woodstocks from NEP to Thong Lor 13, not the same. Not sure how Bourbon Street is fairing down Ekkamai but I assume it has suffered a similar fate.
  4. What is the point of a house which can’t be lived in? The Carbon infused concrete cube would need to a solid 3.5 SQM cube not a hollow cuboid construction with 3.5x3.5 M sides.
  5. There you go fixed it for you. It shows the mentality / mindset of the people who tend to gravitate towards his site
  6. But what are the CO2 emissions associated with producing Concrete? I know it is pretty high Environment
  7. You are making the mistake of confusing Cement with Comcrete Cement Limestone and Silica Sand, use as binding agent in both Mortar and Concrete but never used alone Mortar A mix of Cement and Sand used for sticking Bricks together, pointing etc Concrete A mix of Cement, Sand and Aggregate used for building Foundations, Slabs, Patios etc Differences If you tried to hold a fence post in place with cement it won’t stay up very long
  8. As previously stated If you’ve ever wondered, “What is the difference between concrete and cement?” you’re in luck. The terms concrete and cement are often used interchangeably. But the truth is, they are not the same. In fact, that “cement” truck many of us refer to on a job site is actually a misnomer—it is really a “concrete” truck. Concrete Honestly the reporters for Thaiger News are pretty amateurish, most of the articles they post are full of holes
  9. A Vehicle is a machine, usually with wheels and an engine, used for transporting people or goods, especially on land. The Concrete (not Cement), being transported is ALREADY in the vehicle, specifically the “Mixer Tank” you know that part that spins around slowly on the rear of the vehicle. So the Vehicle did not “Fill with Cement (Concrete actually) but the Cab / Cabin was filed with Concrete transferred from the Mixed Drum. If the Vehicle fell into a river I would expect the infilled parts of it, including the Cabin, to fill with water unless the actual river was a river of concrete
  10. No Coss just copied the original article from Thaiger News, says it there also
  11. Quick what’s the plate number, this weeks winning lottery ticket. I thought cement vehicles were filled before they left the cement batching facility and weren’t filled in rivers. Surely the article should have said the vehicles cab was being filled with liquid cement
  12. How does House Number 102 Moo 13 win a lottery with winning number being 202? Its like saying I saw a car with plate number 307 crash and no one died so I put 307 on lottery winning number was 607.
  13. I’m OK with Scottish and Irish accents, in the UK I lived an hour or so South of the Scottish border and in Saudi worked for an Irish company where most of the guys were from Tipperary or Cork so 24/7 with them 5 years.
  14. Undercover TV Series The plot revolves around a story inspired by real-life events, where undercover agents infiltrate a drug kingpin's operation in Limburg, a Flemish province bordering the Netherlands. The infiltration is executed by two agents, Bob Lemmens and Kim de Rooij, who are posing as a couple at the campground where the drug kingpin spends his weekends. Trailer Park Sopranos meets Breaking Bad

    BLAM!

Why didn’t Truman establish a Homeland in say New Mexico USA rather than in the middle of the Arabs? Out of the 16.2 Million “Core” Jews 39% in Israel and 35% in the USA 6.3 v 5.7 Million, but when you add on Connected and Enlarged Jewish population then the USA is 12 v 6.8 Million for Israel Jewish by Country
  16. Enable Closed Captions (Subtitles) then. The rectangle Icon Between the timer and the Gear shaped Icon

    BLAM!

Yes, but only a minor skirmish compared to post 1948. The Broitish wanted arbitration between Arabs and Jews, Truman railroaded that agreement.

    BLAM!

I am sorry but IMHO the UN was wrong in establishing Israel in Palestine in 1948 when the British mandate on Palestine ended. Britain we’re against putting Jews amongst the Arabs (I wonder why) and even in 1945 Roosevelt stated that no land would be established without consultation with the Arabs. It was when Truman took office in 1946 he went against both Roosevelts promise but also British wishes and established Israel in 1948. Typical fucking America, screwing the world up yet again, late for WWII and tried to start WWIII. Creation of Israel
  19. Actually he is stupid but has worked out his supporters are even more stupid.
  20. But did you also do the “Jagger Lips” with tongue and top lip? Full on Jaggeresque required Rooster Strut Crazy Clap Jagger Lips Guilty as charged your honour
  21. So did Mick Jagger Jagger listened to DEVO’s take on ‘(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction’ in silence for about 30 seconds, then “He suddenly stood up and started dancing around on this Afghan rug in front of the fireplace — the sort of rooster-man dance he used to do, and saying ‘I like it, I like it,’ Jagger
  22. Never heard of it until now, wasn’t released in the UK Cinemas and if it was released on VHS I had long left there by then.
  23. Sticks site should have a disclaimer stating “This site and its contents are for entertainment purpose only” for readers too stupid to know otherwise. No offense to Stick by the way, and I know he won’t take any. The problem with the observation is the fact it mentions “Farang” instead of “Tourist” Any expat Farang who was a social user would have their own suppliers and deals would be carried out away from prying eyes, just like the Local users do in Thailand and people do in their home countries. Street corner deals are totally uncommon, the last time someone offered me any drugs on the street was probably outside the Manchester Apollo in 1978 waiting for the doors to open for a Judas Priest Gig as a 14 year old. The street corner dealers are aimed at the tourist market, a one of deal and I wouldn’t be surprised it they were knocking out imitation MDMA and Coke It give us a bloody good laugh though doesn’t it.
  24. Wouldn’t that of been “Old Man, Old Man, Who the Fuck is Old Man?” As for the Devo one, I never knew it existed just come on my playlist via YouTube algorithms last night Love it
