Wrote somewhere else here that many farang see thailand through Sukhumvit tinted glasses, which doesnt allow them to see the real thailand Dam - and I JUST went through the Honda Jazz issue also!!!! NOw I realise why I don't read his colum each week, don't even want to remember that url. There is nothing wrong with a pissed farang who wants to "feel" the real stuff, and there is no need to picture the real Thailand as an impossible get away for farangs. And no, I don't live or drive with the family. The real thailand can be found and lived a stone throw away from Bangkok, but hey our man Stickman can't live withouth his Bangkok Post and drinking beers with some other white <one word removed Moderator1> brothers. Please don't assume we are all the same. Sorry man, but it's plain easy to live one's own life in Thailand without the need for things farang. Whenever I see a farang in the street I make sure he does not notice me, always ready to turn around and run away And yes, I have an internet connection, that's all I need for a window on the world.
