liquidflux
WoW must be what everyone says when they hear that rediculous price! :: Even the 24hr fitness clubs at home dont charge that much for a single use.
Old Hippie
California used to be affiliated with 24 hour fitness, and you could use your membership there. I recently was told that had changed. Also on Asoke, not far from Cowboy is a place called "Bangkok Fight Club" which features Muay Thai and martial arts work outs, *maybe* some weights as well. Shibuya
Any other recomendations? Staying at Nana hotel, looking for some free weights and a few machines, nothing fancy by any means cheers
Sarisin
Fitness First on the 4th Floor of the Landmark Hotel is very close to your location. They had single-use fees, but that might have changed. I was a member there for nearly 3 years, but joined California Fitness on Soi 23 (as mentioned). I paid about $700US for a 3-year membership and enjoy going six days a week. My only complaint is the often ear-splitting music they play - easy to understand if you just walk by the place.
