Absolute fecking bollocks Teddy. 1 oz = 28.35 grams 100 grams of orange contains 49 milligrams of Vitamin C and :. 1 oz of orange contains 13.89 milligrams of Vitamin C. 100g of rhubarb contains 7.84 milligrams of Vitamin C and :. 1oz of rhubard contains 2.22 milligrams of Vitamin C. Therefore ounce for ounce there is over 6 times more Vitamin C in an orange than there is in rhubarb.
