I often eat out with them after they finish work. I used to know a great place called wendys on soi 36 Petchaburi Road. Shrollski will testify to that. Gadfly Posted February 16, 2007 Report Share Posted February 16, 2007 An update as of Friday 16 Feb: The bar fine in at least one of NEP's Rainobow bars was Baht 600. In other words, no change. And the Rainbow bars are early indicators - or at least in a good position to operate as early indicators given their high level of patronage. I did not do this experiment in Rainbow 2, but it was standing room only. Absolutley packed. And very smoky. From the posting time, you will see I didn't make it to 2 am - not even close (this week kicked my ass), but I was told closing time is now 2 am.
