Documents released in the controversy about eight fired U.S. attorneys show that federal prosecutors in Texas generally have declined to bring criminal charges against illegal immigrants caught crossing the border â?? until at least their sixth arrest.

Some of the shit going on at the border is just pure comedy central. One shithead Mexican got arrested 3 times in one day by the same agent. On his forth arrest by the same agent, the Mexican asked the Border Patrol agent when he was going to go home.

 

Some of the pregnant Mexican women hang out along the border. Just as their water is breaking, they cross over into the USA and ask the Border Patrol to take them to the hospital. At the hospital, the women have born another 'US citizen'. When that 'citizen' becomes 18, they can petition the US government about binging to the USA the parents of the citizen.

Do you mean that when an employer looks at hiring somebody, the employer will be given access to Federal and State computer systems to verify the person is legal and can work? That would be a good idea but I can guarantee that such access will be used mostly for snopping on other people.

Right now, in theory, yes, the employer is *supposed* to verify that the applicant has a legal right to work in the USA. In the case of "Vital security" jobs such as government buildings, airports etc, there is a back ground check required. No ideas how they can do a 10 year check on a guy who just arrived, but they hire them.

 

Scarey thought is, some still slip through the cracks in the system.

 

Bottom line is this, if these parasites who exploit the cheap source of labor (and many of these people are exploited, even some of the legal ones who just don't know any better are exploited as well), were stopped via swift hard boot in the nuts, then maybe this might slow down (you'll never stop it).

 

But as long as scum bags employ these people by the rail car full, then more will come. We need to crack down on any and all who are involved in this.

Easy to just say, "Juanita, you're goin' back right now. No fucking hospital in the U.S. for ya. You probably wouldn't go to one in Mexico and u sure as hell ain't gonna take up a hospital bed and give birth to a future gang-banger here."
