Theres a lot out there who don't. And if this board is not their source of information who/what is ? Likely another punter who learned by trial and is still floundering. In western terms for noobies the amounts are not that difficult. Theres got to be dozens of noobies landing every day who don't have any personal or web based guides. That page only needs to find 1 fool in a thousand to turn a profit. And though it might be in English, English is just the most common language of the day. You ask the concierge or the porter what suggestion he has and he will either call you one or if he is not allowed to do so , he will pass you on to a website for self service .
