Your website is www.carribeantabacos.com but the company on the website is Habano Tobacos.

Considering Habanos SA is the arm of the Cuban state tobacco monopoly, Cubatabaco, that controls the promotion, distribution, and exportation of Cuban cigars and other tobacco products worldwide, don't you think your company name is a bit 'misleading', considering you don't sell Cuban cigars.

Are your cigars rolled in the Phillipines?

Not at all. There is nowhere on the website that says Cuban Cigars. If you look at the description of the cigars it will tell you what tabacos are used. Some are from the Phillipines. Others use Dominican. Yes, all the cigars are rolled in the PH because that is where our factory is. Cuban (Habano)seed tobacco is used in the less expensive ones.

Now I ask you: Don't you think selling Chohiba's with a red dot (which are made in the Dominican Republic) is misleading? How about the cheaper Romeo and Juliet that are machine rolled? Caveat Emptor?

Carribean Tabacos is my company's legal name. We also do other things such as publishing and advertising. Habano Tabacos is a registered cigar brand that C.T is the exclusive distributor of.
