Nervous_Dog
So much for freedom. I read recently how bike gangs formed, mostly from WW2 Vets who obviously suffered from some bad shit, just as Viet Vets seemed to have joined the gangs. pe7e
You were right in the first place, I think you will find the bandidos were involved in both of the locations, full story HERE
Mekong
Pe7e. If you were to read the artical that you made a link to you would find that the land scams were restricted to Samui, the fact that a bandito was arrested in his bed sleeping with a girl in Jontiem does not imply he was involved in land deal scams down there. Trust me, I know most of the players involved in Pattaya real estate and the Banditos don't get a look in and have been sent out of town with their tails between their legs or picked up by authorities. No need to say anymore.
MooNoi
You don't join them, they select you, and ask you to hang around, do stuff, then a guy sponsors you, and you are a prospect, Sounds like hooking up with a bar girl!
pe7e
I'll bow to your superior knowledge on that, I was far too idle to read the entire article, I'd just remembered the bandidos/Pty connection.
Mekong
Pe7e I would not call it superior that sounds pretentious, I am far from that. It just so happen to spend 200+ nights / year in Pattaya and socialise with a lot of the long term expats and I pick up on the pulse and what is going on without really looking for it.
