I thought Reagan was off his rocker when they were consulting astrologers, but GWB will probably do down in history as being the dumbest president. A neighbour knew a highly respected Canadian astrologer who picked a 3 day period when he felt Reagan would be in serious danger. He predicted assasination. Everybody thought Hinkley was a dumbass for using a .22 until they realized a .22 might go thru a vest and Hinkley used some very hard to get ammo that if the ammo worked, Reagan would have been history. Bush's legacy will have to live with this along with the fact the system along with the government 'stood down' on Sept. 11, 2001 to allow the greatest attack to take place in history. The worst Presidents in regards to balancing the budget were GWB's dad and Reagan, with GWB's dad as his vice-president, but GWB surpassed them in their wildest dreams.
