Relax, sit back and think of England. (Or France, whichever you find less annoying.) I am amazed at how much stress affects BP. A few days ago I was highly stressed and was at the docs. My BP was 166/111!!!!!! Egads, it has NEVER been like that! Needless to say, they were concerned. So I bought a blood pressure monitor, had it professionally calibrated to be sure it was accurate, and have been checking it three times a day at home for the past week.
