sayjann
Manchester Velodrome is where 7 Golds came from. As for Aussie Contractors well they fucked Wembley didn;t they! the article is misleading. the Cycling Team HAVE to train in Manchester,no matter where they live unlike other sports. if they don't train in Manchester then no place on the Team, that is a hard rule. but that is to say that they train as a Team at certain times together. they can obviously go for a little spin around their local estate but cannot do the main training away from Manchester. CTO
I thought it was the Soi Cowboy 110 Hurdles - 1 drink and lady drink per bar. Last seen Fiery Jack was about 60 meters in after 4 days.

bust
While "Team GB", as it is known, managed 19 gold medals at the Games, compared to Australia's 14, six of Team GB's golds were actually won by Welsh and Scottish athletes. So the true result of the head-to-head tussle between Australia and England is: Australia 14 England 13. So our mobile billboards read: "WHERE THE BLOODY HELL WERE WE? Above you on the medal tally" The Olympics is the only international sporting competition where Great Britain competes as a single entity. In the FIFA World Cup, The Rugby World Cup and the Commonwealth Games, England manages to stand on its own two feet.
sayjann
you obviously know nothing about the politics in British Sports...... in the Competitions you mentioned each Country has their own Federation and therefore competes as a separate entity. in 2012 the idea of a British Football Team is vetoed by the Scots,Welsh and Irish because of internal politics. but it looks like there will be a Team but comprised of only English Players, that means we have no chance...... but why mention the fact?,this was a Great Britain Team. so called because it's competitors from Great Britain,is that hard to comprehend?. when was it mentioned it was a tussle between Australia and England?. and i wonder how many competitors from Aussie land can claim they are pure Oz?. Kathy Freeman springs to mind, how many more?.... :nahnah:

USVirgin
I agree. My dad was quite content with the Irish getting three medals in boxing. You have to be realistic.
