Vitebsk??? What the hell are you doing there?

:neener: (had to look at my old ICAO airport manual)

and the message is not formated correctly as it should begin with METAR (to distinguish it from other standards weather reports)

 

261900 Zulu time, wind 30 degrees and 4 knots.

few clouds at 2K feet (probably cumulus), scattered clouds at 12K feet (certainly stratocumulus), broken at 30K feet (certainly a lot of cirrus), temperature 25 (temperature)/22 (dew point), QNH 1010 mbar, NOSIG (no significant change expected)

 

Strange, I thought Russkies indicated RVR.

Also strange the dew point...with a temperature of 25 I would expect the dew point to be lower than 22 but after all I know nothing about the local particularities...

 

SD: Metar is easy, even me I didn't forget -> now if you put a SYNOPS one...I would be in deep shit as I don't remember the weather phenomena tables
