khunsanuk
Hi, Wow, that is pretty strong. It could even go as far as including messages posted or email written. This browser is definitely out of the question for me now. Sanuk!
Palatkik
I liked the speed and ease of use of Chrome but will be hard to wean me off FF3 now with all its reconfigurability. Competition is always a good thing though. Noted the op will stick with IE as probably 70% everyone else who could care less?
khunsanuk
Hi, "Competition is always a good thing though." Not always. Every new browser could mean more work for me as a webdeveloper. This one seems to be pretty standards compliant though. Sanuk!
drogon
I am (and quite a few of the staff) not happy at all to have a new browser... Have to write test planes, create cases and test all the web-based applications for this f**** new browser.
kamui
Last news about Chrome: It will even record every URL entry, even if you don't hit the enter button to connect to the website... Chrome is a data monster. :onfire:
cavanami
How many browsers do we need? FF, I hope will be the last one to deal with!
Palatkik
Hi, Wow, that is pretty strong. It could even go as far as including messages posted or email written. This browser is definitely out of the question for me now. Sanuk! The user agreement was reportedly changed last Wednesday. http://news.bbc.co.uk/nolpda/ukfs_news/hi/newsid_7597000/7597699.stm? unit731
Did you notice this pretty crazy statement in the end user agreement: [color:purple]"By submitting, posting or displaying the content you give Google a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any content which you submit, post or display on or through, the services."[/color] So this indicates to me that Google is, or is reserving the right to, collect any and all data transmitted using its browser. This is more than enough reason not to use it for me, and I don't believe any other browser has similar language. Cheers, SD What does IE state or Mozilla Firefox state? Anyone know? Is it the same or is this unique to Google?
unit731
Opps! I just read the above link. So I guess my post above this is 'useless' !
