dddave Posted November 9, 2008 Report Share Posted November 9, 2008 I presume he can still use his diplomatic passport to enter the UK. That hasn't been taken off him yet. I was surprised that the news releases included the passport numbers of both Taksin and his wife. Both of the passport numbers began with a "D" which is universal for "Diplomatic" passports. I believe that holders of Diplomatic passports still do require "permission" i.e. a visa, from whatever country they wish to visit.
