Except in Berkeley California, where it is called a "Topper" so as not to offend Italian Americans, and it is sold by "The democratically elected Non Gender committee chair person of Burgers and other food products, which were organically grown and processed in a self autonomous commune, in the shade, by fair trade communal farmers..." Quick: The "giant" burger as the sauce is incredible, other than that this is just a fast food burger.
